Qualificações

• Bachelor’s Degree (B.S.) in occupational therapy or equivalent; Master’s Degree preferred.
• One year's experience in a health care setting preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluates adult and geriatric patients; interprets findings to determine dysfunction.
• Collaborates with physician, patient, and team to establish and revise plan of care.
• Obtains physician orders; provides comprehensive ongoing assessment of patient and equipment needs.
• Counsels patient and caregiver to meet goals; notifies physician and staff of significant changes.
