Job summary

Elite Surface Infrastructure is seeking an Earth and Utility Equipment Operator in Englewood, CO. The role requires operating power construction equipment to excavate, move, and grade earth, or move pipe, with experience preferred.

Workweek is Monday through Friday, 7:00am to 5:30pm, with variability based on Owner/GC needs. The position offers a salary of $28.00–$40.00 per hour, full-time/weather dependent status, and benefits including a 401(k) plan with matching, health insurance, an HSA,

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 3 years related experience required.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass background and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Operate power construction equipment such as scraper, motor graders, trackhoes, backhoes, skidsteers, excavators, or front-end loaders.
• Locate underground services prior to beginning work.
• Adjust handwheels and pedals to control attachments such as blades, buckets, scrapers, or swing booms.
• Load and move dirt, rocks, or other materials using graders or related equipment.
• Repair and maintain equipment and assist with major repairs as necessary.
• Check fuel supplies at sites to ensure adequate availability.
