Westminster-Canterbury of the Blue Ridge is seeking a Full-time Server in Charlottesville to serve residents across Healthcare dining rooms and the Main Dining Room. Shifts run 7:00am–3:30pm or 11:00am–8:30pm.

This role offers responsibilities in setup, order taking, and accurate POS charges, with a focus on friendly, resident-centered service. The position requires at least 16 years of age, availability for evenings and weekends, and prior food service experience is preferred.

Westminster-Canterbury of the Blue Ridge is a non-profit Continuing Care Retirement Community serving over 400 residents with a mission of responding to the dynamic needs of the aging by providing high-quality services and programs in a residential environment. Our Dining Services department has 11 dining venues spanning from upscale dining to grab and go. We are looking to add to our wonderful team of associates who are passionate about serving our residents.

About the Full-time Server position:

Shift options

• 7:00am to 3:30pm
• 11:00am to 8:30pm

Minimum pay range of $16.88 per hour

Primary work locations include our Healthcare dining rooms and the Main Dining Room in Independent Living.
