Job summary

Westminster-Canterbury of the Blue Ridge in Charlottesville, VA is seeking a full-time server to join our Dining Services team. Responsibilities include setting up dining areas, taking orders, coordinating with kitchen staff, and ensuring correct charges in the POS system.

Shift options include 7:00am–3:30pm and 11:00am–8:30pm. Qualifying candidates must be 16+, able to work evenings/weekends; prior food service experience is preferred.

Westminster-Canterbury of the Blue Ridge is a non-profit Continuing Care Retirement Community serving over 400 residents with a mission of responding to the dynamic needs of the aging by providing high-quality services and programs in a residential environment. Our Dining Services department has 11 dining venues spanning from upscale dining to grab and go. We are looking to add to our wonderful team of associates who are passionate about serving our residents.

About the Full-time Server position:

·Shift options:

o7:00am to 3:30pm

o11:00am to 8:30pm

·Minimum pay range of $16.88 per hour

·Primary work locations include our Healthcare dining rooms and the Main Dining Room in Independent Living.
