Crothall Healthcare is hiring a full-time Floor Technician at Magnolia Regional Health Center in Corinth, MS. The role covers floor maintenance, restoration, and operating industrial floor care equipment, with a 4:00 pm–12:30 am shift and rotating weekends.

Qualifications

• Prior floor care experience required.
• Knowledge of floor care equipment and techniques.
• Ability to follow safety procedures.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Maintains knowledge of hard-surface floor maintenance and proper procedures for stripping, refinishing, burnishing, spray cleaning and spray buffing.
• Operates various types of industrial floor care equipment.
• Uses automated equipment for cleaning large floor areas.
• Performs carpet/upholstery care including shampooing, damp cleaning and extraction.
• Performs maintenance/restorative processes for all floor surface types.
• Other duties as assigned by manager.
