CVS Health is seeking a Retail Store Associate to join our team in a fast-paced retail environment. You will deliver differentiated customer service, handle cashier responsibilities, assist with inventory control, and support multiple departments including the pharmacy.

Qualifications

• At least 16 years of age.
• Physical requirements: upright standing for long periods, lifting up to 35 lbs occasionally, up to 10 lbs frequently, and overhead lifting.
• Preferred Educational background: High School diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide differentiated customer service by anticipating needs and resolving issues.
• Greet customers warmly, assist with locating items and offering help.
• Perform cashier duties accurately with cash, checks and card transactions.
• Maintain sales floor: restock shelves, check in vendors, update pricing, inventory tasks.
• Support opening and closing store activities as needed.
• Assist various departments including photo and beauty, ensuring stock and operations.
• Assist pharmacy personnel when needed, including regular pharmacy shifts for growth.
• Promote CVS services and loyalty programs to support health goals.
