Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Retail Store Associate for a full-time on-site role. You will provide outstanding customer service, operate cash registers, stock shelves, and assist with pharmacy-related tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• At least 16 years of age.
• Previous experience in a retail or customer service setting is preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide differentiated customer service by anticipating needs and resolving issues.
• Greet customers warmly and assist locating items as needed.
• Accurately perform cashier duties with cash, checks and card transactions.
• Restock shelves, check in vendors, and update pricing information.
• Support opening and closing store activities as needed.
• Assist pharmacy personnel when required, including pharmacy shifts.
• Promote CVS services and loyalty programs to support customers' health.
