Job summary

Vista Park Health & Rehab in Douglas, GA is seeking a dedicated full-time day cleaner to maintain high cleanliness and safety standards throughout the center. You will perform floor care, surface cleaning, and room sanitation while following center procedures and MSDS guidelines.

Strong communication and teamwork help ensure patient dignity and comfort. Starting pay is $13.65/hour with weekly pay and a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, life, and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions and procedure manuals.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, and clean floors in assigned areas following center procedures.
• Report carpet and surface issues to supervisor.
• Vacuum rooms and dust surfaces in patient areas.
• Clean bathrooms and glass surfaces; remove trash and replace liners.
• Assist in proper care and storage of cleaning equipment and supplies.
• Follow infection control standards and use isolation techniques as needed.
• Maintain supplies in bathrooms and keep areas tidy.
• Support center cleanliness and safety to protect patient dignity and comfort.
