Job summary

Pinewood Healthcare Center in Hawkinsville, GA seeks a dedicated full-time Housekeeper to maintain a clean, safe environment for patients and visitors.

Starting pay is $14.70/hour with weekly pay and a benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, a 401(k) match, PTO, paid holidays, and a referral bonus program. Responsibilities include floor care, equipment upkeep, and reporting repairs as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to read safety rules and operating manuals.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
• Ability to speak effectively before groups.

Responsibilities

• Dust, sweep, mop, buff, strip, and wax floors as scheduled by supervisor.
• Clean and store equipment at the end of each shift.
• Report any needed repairs.
• Perform waste disposal procedures as required by supervisor.
• Assist in the proper care and use of housekeeping equipment.
• Promotes the image and reputation of the System by exhibiting servant leadership and providing direct and open lines of communication.
• Contributes to the work of committees, workgroups, project management, and other collaborative efforts of the System.
• Performs other duties as necessary to ensure the success of the System.
