Honey Homes in the South Bay area is hiring a skilled handyman/maintenance technician for steady, full-time work with strong pay and benefits. You’ll cover a 40–50 home territory near you or join our remodeling crew, with no client hunting or unpredictable schedules.

We offer $36/hr (about $75,000/year), a $1,500 sign-on bonus after training and 30 days, and 100% company-paid health, vision, and dental insurance, plus a 401(k) and paid holidays/PTO. No evenings or weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience as handyman or maintenance technician.
• Ability to perform multi-trade home repair and basic remodeling.
• Local candidate in the South Bay area with reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential repair, maintenance, and remodel work across carpentry, painting, drywall, plumbing, and electrical.
• Maintain preventive maintenance schedules for route homes.
• Provide excellent customer service and build trust while working in clients' homes.
• Use the company app to track jobs, tasks, and schedules.
