Job summary

Discovery Land Company is seeking a Vehicle Maintenance Supervisor for Homewood operations. This role combines hands-on maintenance with day-to-day leadership of the Vehicle Maintenance team to ensure all vehicles and equipment are safe, reliable, and operational.

Responsibilities include supervising maintenance activities, diagnosing issues, and coordinating with other departments to prioritize repairs and service.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in vehicle maintenance, mechanical repairs, automotive servicing, or equipment maintenance.
• Ability to follow established policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
• Strong leadership and training abilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventative maintenance, inspections, servicing, and repairs on Homewood vehicles.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and operational issues and perform repairs.
• Supervise, train, and support Vehicle Maintenance team members.
• Schedule and assign daily work activities to meet priorities.
• Lead by example as a working supervisor in maintenance and repair tasks.
• Maintain records of maintenance, inspections, and repair histories.
• Monitor inventory levels and order parts as needed.
