Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of general cleaning principles, cleaning products and equipment.
• Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions and communicate accordingly.

Responsibilities

• Retrieves items, sets up cleaning cart and maintains storerooms to optimize cleaning efficiency.
• Clean and wipe windows, doors, walls, closets and fixtures in guest rooms and public areas.
• Restock towels, amenities and literature to ensure adequate guest supplies.
• Clean hard floor areas and remove dirt from carpets as part of routine housekeeping.
• Dust and polish furniture and fixtures; check bed linens and restock as needed.
• Inspect door locks and room equipment and report maintenance needs.
