Live AMC is seeking a full-time Groundskeeper in Fresno, California. The position involves maintaining the property's exterior and designated interior areas, including daily upkeep, maintenance of supplies, and snow removal. Candidates should be able to effectively use grounds-keeping tools and exercise independent judgment. Qualifications

• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.
• Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily upkeep of the property buildings and grounds.
• Take responsibility for maintenance and inventory of supplies.
• Remove snow and apply de-icer on passageways.
• Operate within OSHA standards and company safety policies.
• Report unusual circumstances regarding the property or residents.
