Qualifications

• Prior experience in groundskeeping or landscape maintenance is preferred.
• 1+ year of pressure washing experience preferred.
• Ability to safely operate power tools including hot/cold washers and blowers.
• Familiarity with irrigation systems and basic lawn care techniques.
• Physical stamina to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Sharp eye for detail and pride in quality work.

Responsibilities

• Landscape maintenance including mowing, edging, weeding, and pruning.
• Pressure wash all areas of the property to a spotless standard.
• Keep pathways, walkways, and parking lots clear and litter-free.
• Operate blowers, disk scrubbers, and other power equipment safely.
• Monitor and operate irrigation systems across the property.
• Detail the entire property so every corner shines for guests.
• Assist with new landscaping feature installations.
