Job summary

Oliver is hiring a Grocery Clerk 4 - Stocker in Windsor for a regular full-time role. You will assist in the Grocery department, support inventory, merchandising, and customer service, and work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends.

You will be expected to maintain product knowledge, follow safety procedures, and contribute to a clean and organized sales floor with accurate signage and display arrangements.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old
• Retail or Grocery experience preferred
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Team-player who can also work independently
• Follow directions and procedures with attention to detail
• Clear and effective communication
• Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends and holidays
• Basic math skills
• Conversational English required with customers
• Bilingual proficiency preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and address customer needs promptly
• Acquire and maintain knowledge of grocery products and aisle locations
• Assist with maintaining the inventory floor and back stock
• Assist with product displays and signage on the sales floor
• Answer phones and pages promptly and courteously
• Follow safety, sanitation and weights/measures procedures
• Report safety hazards to supervisors
• Perform opening, mid, and closing duties as assigned
• Attend required trainings and meetings
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors
