Job summary

Miner's Inc. in Minnesota is seeking a friendly Grocery Stocking/Clerk to join our team. You will unload pallets, stock shelves, and assist customers in locating items on the sales floor.

This part-time position offers flexible scheduling, opportunities for advancement, and benefits including health insurance and PTO for eligible employees. You must be able to stand, walk, lift 2–30 lbs (up to 50 lbs occasionally), and operate equipment as required.

Qualifications

• Typically requires in-store customer service and stocking duties.
• Experience with shelf replenishment and signage is beneficial.
• Ability to assist customers in locating items on the floor.

Responsibilities

• Unload pallets and stock shelves on the sales floor.
• Assist customers in finding grocery items and answer questions.
• Hang promotional signage and price tags; ensure department is neat.

We are Looking to hire a friendly, energetic, and helpful person to fill a Grocery Stocking/Clerk position. Duties include unloading pallets, separating case grocery items, stocking shelves on the sales floor, assisting customers in finding grocery items, assisting in hanging of promotional signage and price tags. If you enjoy working with people this can be very rewarding work environment.

• This position requires an employee to be able to stand, walk, lift and bend throughout their entire shift.
• A person must be able to physically handle grocery items with typical weights of 2 to 30 lbs. and occasionally up to 50 lbs.
• Work shifts may vary with flexibility in terms of scheduling.
