Compass Group USA's Eurest division is hiring a full-time Grill Cook for the Census location at 4600 Silver Hill Road, Suitland, MD 20746. You will prepare food at the grill station and ensure high-quality service following federal, state and corporate standards.

Schedule is Monday to Friday, 6:00 am–2:30 pm, with high-volume grill experience required. You will handle orders, maintain sanitation, and work closely with teammates to deliver warm, safe meals.

Qualifications

• High-volume grill experience required.
• Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 6:00 am–2:30 pm.

Responsabilités

• Takes orders and prepares items at the grill station to meet standards.
• Serves customers efficiently and ensures food is served at the correct temperature.
• Maintains sanitation and safety across work areas and equipment.
• Follows approved recipes and portion controls for consistency.
• Resolves customer concerns and communicates with supervisor as needed.
