• Takes orders from customers and prepares items with short preparation times.
• Completes orders from steam tables and serves customers at multiple stations.
• Maintains food temperature, quality and portion control according to standards.
• Cleans, sanitizes and maintains work areas and utensils to ensure sanitation.
• Adheres to safety procedures and reports concerns to supervisor.
