Job summary

Prestonwood Country Club is seeking motivated, dependable Grounds Maintenance Crew Member to join our golf course maintenance team. You will help maintain three championship courses for members and guests. Schedule is full-time, 6:00 AM to dusk, Monday–Friday with every other weekend.

Qualifications

• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Must pass a background check and drug screening.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Previous landscaping, grounds maintenance, or equipment operation experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Performing early morning golf course setup duties.
• Mowing and trimming turf areas using walking and riding mowers.
• Maintaining greens, tees, fairways, roughs, and bunkers (sand traps).
• Operating landscaping and turf maintenance equipment safely and efficiently.
• Assisting with course improvement projects and daily maintenance tasks.
• Working collaboratively with team members to ensure high-quality course conditions.
• Providing a positive, service-oriented approach while working on the property.
