Qualifications

• Knowledge of golf preferred.
• Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide a high level of customer service to members and guests, serving as a welcoming and professional representative of the club.
• Stage, prepare, and maintain golf carts for daily play, including stocking, cleaning, and presentation standards before and after each round.
• Greet members and guests upon arrival, assist with loading and unloading golf clubs, and support club cleaning and care standards.
• Clean golf clubs and maintain cart presentation standards.
• Assist with driving range operations, including collecting, cleaning, and organizing range balls.
• Collect, transport, and deliver luggage for members and guests upon arrival and departure.
• Support other areas of the club as needed to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Maintain personal appearance standards and wear assigned uniforms.
• Operate club-owned vehicles to transport members and guests when applicable to the club location.
• Provide valet services for member and guest vehicles when applicable to the club location.
• Adheres to all Dormie Network’s policies, procedures and service standards.
• Work collaboratively with all employees to support an efficient and positive team environment.
• Consistently greet members, guests, and fellow employees with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a willingness to help.
