You will contribute to guest satisfaction while learning more about golf club operations and hospitality. Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED (or related experience), ability to read and speak English, and physical stamina to lift up to 100 pounds.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related experience.
• Ability to read and speak English to communicate with customers and co-workers.
• Physical ability to stand, lift up to 50 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds occasionally.
• Food Safety and Sanitation Training certificate required.

Responsibilities

• Prepares various food products for restaurant and banquet operations per production plan.
• Maintains cleanliness and sanitation in assigned areas.
• Alerts supervisor to equipment breakdowns, shortages, or overages.
• Requisitions inventory and receives supplies daily.
• Ensures proper storage, labeling and rotation of food items.
• Adheres to safe work practices and maintains regular attendance.
