Brook Hollow Golf Club in Dallas, TX is seeking a Golf Member Services team member for a full-time position at $15–$16 per hour. The role involves greeting members and guests, delivering top-tier service, keeping carts and equipment tidy, supporting tournament operations, and assisting on the driving range.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming atmosphere at all times
• Greet members and guests on arrival
• Deliver the highest level of customer service as set by management
• Clean and prep golf carts
• Clean and store members’ and guests’ golf equipment
• Assist in tournament operations
• Manage the driving range: pick and clean balls, clean clubs, set up and break down the range, carry golf bags, assist members with needs
• Clearly understand and communicate with members, guests, and co-workers in English, both verbally and in writing
• Work a flexible schedule and/or overtime as needed
• Be available to work weekends and holidays
• Work well as a team member and help co-workers as needed
• Maintain an outgoing personality, eye for detail, honesty and integrity, and courteous and tactful demeanor
• Be innovative and look for areas that need improvement
• Perform other duties as required
