You will provide primary care for older adults and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care.

The role requires a medical degree, board certification in Internal Medicine or Family Practice, and at least 3 years of practice experience; geriatric fellowship is preferred.

• Medical degree from an accredited program.
• Completion of a primary care residency.
