The Veterans Health Care System of the Ozarks, in Fayetteville, AR, is seeking a full-time, board-certified Gastroenterologist at the Springfield, MO CBOC. We are committed to providing top-quality medical care by serving and honoring America's Veterans.

Candidates must possess an active, current, unrestricted license in any U.S. State.

Highlights of this opportunity:

• Potential starting base salary range: $300-$400K
• Permanent full-time position
• Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm schedule
• Sign-on bonus for highly qualified applicants

Duties include:

• Conducting histories and physicals on admission
• Writing progress notes
• Screening patients for endoscopy/colonoscopy procedures
• Seeing patients in the outpatient Gastroenterology clinic in collaboration with the supervising physician and within the scope of practice
• Performing endoscopy and colonoscopy procedures
• No physician employment contract and minimal restrictions on moonlighting
