• Assist in special projects and perform other functions as assigned by supervision.

• Support and comply with all safety standards; report needed repairs.
• Treat all associates with fairness, dignity, and respect.
• Perform accurate price check functions.
• Record price discrepancies and not-on-file items and request price checks.
• Verify IDs and observe policies for tobacco/alcohol sales.
• Adhere to policy on cash in registers and request cash pickup as needed.
• Observe security standards and report suspicious activity.
• Process various transaction types in accordance with policy.
• Secure register when unattended; protect company assets.
• Use and maintain equipment in good order and report problems.
• Maintain housekeeping and sanitation to policy and health regs.
• Be knowledgeable about produce merchandise and varieties.
• Frequently perform cashier/service associate duties.
