Job Description

As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first and last point of contact for guests, playing a pivotal role in shaping their experience. Whether you're welcoming an excited family embarking on their vacation, assisting a business traveler seeking a smooth check-in, or helping a guest in need of personal assistance, your warm and genuine hospitality will set the tone for their stay. Responsibilities
  1. Make a First Impression: Deliver a great hospitality experience – whether in person or by phone. Wow the guest with your welcoming personality.
  2. Make a Lasting Impression: Inquire about the guest's stay during check-out and listen to any concerns they may have.
  3. Enjoy Problem Solving: Assist guests with their needs, such as luggage handling, directions, and recommendations.
  4. Be Accountable: Collect payments, route calls, take messages, and meet guest needs accurately and efficiently.
  5. Be a Safety & Security Agent: Follow established safety and security policies and procedures, anticipating problems and notifying management as needed.
Job Requirements

This position requires various shifts and open availability. Shift times are typically 7a-3p and 3p-11p but may vary based on hotel demand.

Good verbal and written English communication skills are required. Candidates must handle cash or credit transactions and have proficiency in front office software. The role involves light work – exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 10 pounds frequently, with a regular need to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects. You may need to assist with luggage, which may require exerting up to 50 pounds of force. Long hours, many of which may be spent standing, are required.
