Job Description

Our team is looking to add an upbeat Front Desk Agent to manage all aspects of front desk operations and serve as a key contact for guests and vendors. Success in this role requires professionalism, courtesy, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

This position may require flexible scheduling availability.

Requirements

Job Responsibilities:

  • Check-in and check-out hotel guests
  • Process payments according to hotel procedures
  • Provide information and assistance to guests and vendors
