Front Desk Agent – Heathman Hotel Kirkland

We’re looking for a master multitasker and memory maker to delight guests at the Heathman Hotel Kirkland. In a fast‑paced environment, you will efficiently handle check‑in and check‑out processes, resolve guest issues, and support the Front Office team with financial and service‑related tasks to create unique experiences for our guests.

Responsibilities

• Handle front‑desk tasks, including guest check‑in and check‑out, room credits, and key issuance.
• Resolve guest issues promptly while keeping business objectives in mind.
• Use the property management system and operate the PBX and radio paging system.
• Establish appropriate credit at check‑in, issue room keys, and familiarize guests with hotel services.
• Make reservations for restaurants, transportation, activities, and entertainment on behalf of guests.
• Maintain professionalism and consult with management when needed.
• Follow up with guests and team members to ensure satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Previous hospitality or customer‑service experience preferred.
• Experience with cash handling and a computerized point‑of‑sale system preferred.
