Job summary

Shimano North America Holding, Inc. is seeking an Order Selector (Forklift) at our Ladson, SC distribution center. The role involves picking products, placing orders on pallets, and operating forklifts to efficiently move merchandise within the distribution center.

The position is entry level, with responsibilities including using RF scanners, maintaining accuracy, and adhering to safety standards. Benefits include PTO, health/dental/vision, 401k matching, and on-site gym facilities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and AS400 knowledge.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
• Strong verbal and written communication; basic math; understands and follows English safety/work instructions.

Responsibilities

• Order picking per pick ticket requirements with accuracy and speed.
• Use RF scanner to pick orders from carousel, main, flow racks/pick module, and other areas.
• Operate Crown forklift stock pickers and reach lifts as primary picking equipment.
• Read orders for shipping information, location, and quantity accurately.
• Cycle counting and inventory control.
• Work overtime as needed.
• Work in other areas as necessary.
• Other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
