Job summary

Lignetics, Inc. in Oregon is seeking a Forklift Operator to safely operate forklifts in our warehouse and production areas. You will move, stack and wrap products, check paperwork, and support shift leads in pellet production processes.

The role requires forklift experience, attention to detail, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs while standing for long periods. A pre-employment background check is included.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Prior forklift and production line experience preferred.
• Must be able to pass the company forklift training.
• Good eye, hand and foot coordination required.
• Must lift up to 50 lbs and stand for 7 hours daily.
• Able to read and interpret scales.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift in the warehouse and production areas of the plant.
• Move and wrap completed products and assist shift leads.
• Ensure propane tanks are filled and equipment fluids checked before shift.
• Keep raw materials stacked neatly; maintain clean, swept warehouse.
• Verify paperwork (packing slips, weight tickets) before loading trucks.
• Adhere to safety rules and operate at safe speeds; wear seat belts.
