Qualifications

• Safe Serve certification is a plus.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsabilités

• Ensure food quality from delivery to serving with great service.
• Follow HACCP and state/government guidelines on safety.
• Be punctual and follow attendance policy.
• Set up/break down lunch line and maintain pace.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation with sanitation.
• Communicate respectfully with management and customers.
• Report issues affecting food safety or quality to management.
• Support equipment maintenance and notify management when repairs are needed.
• Record daily events, waste, and logs; follow daily checklists.
• Keep students informed about menus and collect feedback.
• Identify concerns and propose solutions regarding safety and quality.
• Perform other duties as assigned; support management requests.
• Floater position between Upper and Lower Academy locations.
• Adhere to Employee Handbook policies.

Seeking a school lunch server for elementary schools in Rockford, IL. Full time Server hours: Monday-Friday, 7:00am -2:00 pm . Part time server 10am - 2pm. This position is based in Rockford, IL.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

1. Ensure food quality standards are followed from delivery to re-therm to presentation of the final product, in a timely manner while providing excellent customer service.

2. Ensure HACCP along with State and Govt. guidelines are followed concerning food safety and sanitation.

3. Committed to being punctual, and adhering to the time and attendance policy.

4. Set up and break down of lunch line layout, and work at an efficient pace.

5. Ability to learn and execute the operation of kitchen equipment in a safe, efficient manner.

7. Compliant in a safety-first environment while adhering to company developed operational practices, maintaining a clean, organized, hazardous-free workstation while focusing on sanitation and quality control.

8. Establish a culture of respect, hard work, consistency, and effective communication with management team members and RF customers.

9. Effectively communicates to Management any issues or concerns that may affect food safety, quality, and the student customer experience.

11. Supports preventive maintenance on all equipment and advises management when repair or maintenance is needed.

12. Records daily events, waste, participation data, and variances. Completes daily procedure checklist (cleaning, timeline, logs, etc.)

13. Keep students informed of the scheduled menu and new items. Get student customer feedback, (food quality, likes and dislikes) during non-service time (if allowed) and communicate information to management.

14. Able to identify and effectively communicate any concerns while being solution oriented with issues that may affect food safety, quality and/or the student customer experience.

15. Performs other duties as assigned, and follows through on requests asked of management in a timely manner.

16. This position will be a Floater position between both the Upper and Lower Academy locations.
