• Maintain kitchen work areas and keep equipment clean and orderly.
• Sweep and mop floors to meet sanitation standards.
• Wash prep surfaces, tables, and equipment.
• Dispose of trash and manage waste appropriately.
• Assist with banquet setup and front‑of‑house tasks.
• Help load/unload and deliver supplies as needed.
• Distribute utensils and supplies to work areas.
• Comply with sanitation and safety requirements.
