Job summary

Compass Group USA’s Eurest division is hiring immediately for a full-time Food Service Worker at IBM, 2900 37th Street NW, Rochester, MN 55901. Online applications are accepted only. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 5:30 am–2:00 pm.

You will prepare, present and serve food, perform prep work, handle ingredients, and help maintain sanitation and safety standards. Food service and short order cooking experience are a plus.

Qualifications

• Food service experience and short order cooking are a plus.
• Ability to handle prep tasks and maintain sanitation.

Responsibilities

• Prepares, presents and serves food.
• Performs prep work: washing, peeling, cutting and seeding fruits/vegetables.
• Carries pans, kettles and trays safely between stations.
• Stores food following safety and rotation procedures.
• Cleans work areas and equipment.
• Ensures proper portion control and serving temperatures.
