Compass Group USA is hiring a FOOD TRANSPORTER/DELIVERY DRIVER for Fresh & Ready Foods in Renton, WA. This full-time role requires a valid driver’s license and, where required, a food handler’s permit. You’ll load, transport, and deliver food items, maintain route documents, and ensure safety and sanitation standards.

Expect early mornings and weekends with competitive pay of $25.75 per hour. Comprehensive benefits and referral bonuses are offered. Applications are accepted online.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid state driver’s license and a valid food handler’s permit where required.
• Previous experience loading, delivering, and unloading food products required.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate Fresh & Ready Food Group vehicles, completing required vehicle inspections and safety checks before and during each route.
• Load, transport, deliver, and unload products accurately and efficiently while following established delivery procedures and customer requirements.
• Maintain accurate pickup, delivery, and route documentation, promptly reporting any discrepancies, delivery issues, or customer concerns.
• Follow all applicable hours-of-service requirements, delivery schedules, company procedures, and customer-specific guidelines.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for all pre-approved business and route-related expenses.
• Provide professional and courteous service when interacting with customers, coworkers, management, and the public.
• Maintain all required driver documentation and credentials
