Job summary

Kids At Heart Learning Center is seeking a full-time floating Teacher to support classrooms from infants to Pre-Kindergarten. The role provides coverage for breaks, planning, and absences, and requires flexibility and teamwork within a collaborative environment.

Hours are Mon-Fri 6:00 am - 6:00 pm, with shifts within this window. Competitive pay based on experience, plus PTO, holidays, and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children in a classroom or care setting.
• Ability to adapt to multiple age groups and routines.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to obtain CPR/First Aid certification if not already.
• Ability to meet state childcare licensing requirements (background check, physical, training).

Responsibilities

Kids At Heart Learning Center is a nurturing, play-based, and developmentally focused early learning center dedicated to providing high-quality education and care for children. We are seeking a flexible, reliable and caring full-time floating Teacher to join our team. The floating Teacher provides support across classrooms as needed, assisting with daily routines, instructional activities, and classroom coverage for breaks, planning time, and absences. This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys working with multiple age groups and thrives as part of a collaborative team.

Our hours of operation are Mon - Fri 6:00 am - 6:00 pm - Shifts wouldrange within this time period

Key Responsibilities

• Support educators in classrooms ranging from infants through Pre-Kindergarten.
• Assist with implementing daily routines, activities, and learning experiences.
