Job summary

Milton Hershey School is seeking married couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents on campus in Hershey, PA. Couples reside in student homes and mentor a group of 8–13 students, providing supervision and guidance.

This unique role includes managing daily routines, transporting students, leading devotions, and coordinating budgeting within a structured, family-like environment. A two-person, married-couple arrangement is required.

Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Must be legally married for at least two years.
• Both spouses must be age 27 or older.
• No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans.

Responsibilities

• Providing daily supervision and mentorship.
• Managing household routines and student schedules.
• Administering medications and ensuring student wellness.
• Driving students to activities and planning developmental/recreational events.
• Leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel attendance.
• Overseeing budgeting and household reporting.
