Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA, seeks married couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents. Couples reside in on-campus student homes, guiding and supervising a group of 8–13 students, fostering academic, emotional, and social growth.

Schedule includes nine days on duty, then three off; progression to a Placed Houseparent with the same group. Requires two-person, two-year married partnership and dedication to student success.

Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Two-person two-year marriage requirement for couples.
• Both spouses must be age 27 or older; high school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision and mentorship to students.
• Manage household routines and student schedules.
• Administer medications and supervise student wellness.
• Drive students to activities and engage in development and recreation.
• Lead daily devotions and accompany students to Sunday Chapel.
• Oversee budgeting and household reporting.
