Milton Hershey School is seeking full-time Flex Houseparents to live on campus in Hershey, PA. This two-person, married-couple role supports 8–13 students in a home, providing care, guidance and supervision while promoting academic, emotional, and social growth.

Couples must be legally married for at least two years, both aged 27 or older, and hold a high school diploma or GED. The position includes housing, meals during duty, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifikationen

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Two-person couple role, married at least two years.
• Both spouses aged 27 or older.
• No more than three dependent children in the home.
• Smoke-free and weapon-free campus; alcohol not permitted while on duty.
• Pet limits: fish and one dog of approved breeds.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student vans.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfort leading daily devotions and Judeo-Christian Sunday Chapel services.
