Milton Hershey School (MHS) in Hershey, PA, is hiring married couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents. Couples reside in on-campus student homes and provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for a group of approximately 8–13 students, creating a structured, family-like environment that helps students reach their full potential.

The role starts with a nine-on / three-off schedule, with progression to a placed Houseparent living with the same students.

Qualifications

• Experience working with youth in a caregiving or mentorship role.
• Two-person married couple required for the role.
• Spouses must be age 27 or older and legally married for at least two years.

Responsabilités

• Provide daily supervision and mentorship for a group of 8–13 students.
• Manage household routines and student schedules.
• Administer medications and support student wellness.
• Plan and participate in development and recreational activities with students.
• Lead daily devotions and accompany students to Sunday Chapel.
• Oversee budgeting and household reporting.
