Job summary

Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA, seeks married couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents on a live-in basis. You will supervise 8–13 students in on-campus homes, provide guidance, routines, and support to help students grow academically, emotionally, and socially.

The role begins with nine consecutive days on duty, followed by three days off, with a future transition to a placed houseparent living with the same group.

Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Two-year minimum marriage requirement for couples.
• Must be age 27 or older for both spouses.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision and mentorship.
• Manage household routines and student schedules.
• Administer medications and monitor student wellness.
• Drive students to activities and participate in development and recreation.
• Lead daily devotions and Sunday Chapel attendance.
• Oversee budgeting and household reporting.
