Job summary

Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA, is hiring married couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents who live in on-campus student homes and provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for 8–13 students. This two-person role follows a nine-on, three-off schedule, with progression to a Placed Houseparent living arrangement.

Duties include overseeing routines, supervision, meals, activities, transportation, and daily devotions.

Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Couples married for at least two years; spouses aged 27+.
• High school diploma or GED; able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Providing daily supervision and mentorship for students.
• Managing household routines and student schedules.
• Administering medications and ensuring student wellness.
• Driving students to activities and planning/developing activities with students.
• Leading daily devotions and accompanying students to Sunday Chapel.
