Job summary

Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA, is seeking Full-time Flex Houseparents who live in on-campus homes and provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for a group of 8–13 students. This two-person role requires both spouses to be legally married for at least two years.

Responsibilities include supervision, scheduling, medication administration, driving students to activities, and leading devotions. The position offers housing, meals on duty, and comprehensive benefits, with paid training

Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Requires ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Two-person role for couples married for at least two years.

Responsibilities

• Providing daily supervision and mentorship.
• Managing household routines and student schedules.
• Administering medications and ensuring student wellness.
• Driving students to activities and planning developmental and recreational activities.
• Leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel.
• Overseeing budgeting and household reporting.
• Initial nine on-duty days followed by three days off; later placed in a consistent home.
