Job summary

Milton Hershey School (MHS) in Hershey, PA seeks married couples to join as Full-time Flex Houseparents. Couples reside in on-campus student homes, supervising a group of 8-13 students, supporting academic, emotional, and social development in a family-like setting.

Responsibilities include daily supervision, home routines, student transportation, activities, devotions, and budgeting. Initially nine days on duty, then transition to a placed role with the same group.

Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years.
• Both spouses must be age 27 or older.

Responsibilities

• Providing daily supervision and mentorship.
• Managing household routines and student schedules.
• Administering medications and ensuring student wellness.
• Driving students to activities and planning developmental and recreational activities.
• Leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel attendance.
• Overseeing budgeting and household reporting.
