Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA is hiring married couples as Full-time Flex Houseparents to reside in on-campus student homes and provide care, guidance, supervision for a group of approximately 8-13 students. Flex Houseparents live in a family-like environment supporting academic, emotional, and social development.

Two spouses must be married at least two years, both 27+, with a high school diploma or GED.

Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Two-person role for couples married at least two years.
• Both spouses aged 27 or older.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Providing daily supervision and mentorship.
• Managing household routines and student schedules.
• Administering medications and ensuring student wellness.
• Driving students to activities and planning development/recreational activities.
• Leading daily devotions and accompanying students to Sunday Chapel.
• Overseeing budgeting and household reporting.
