Job summary

Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA seeks Full-time Flex Houseparents: a married couple living in on-campus homes to supervise and support 8–13 students. You will foster a family-like environment, guiding academic, emotional, and social development.

Responsibilities include daily oversight, meal planning, activity coordination, devotions, and safeguarding student welfare. Two spouses must apply together; period of nine days on/three off, with transition to a placed home over time.

Qualifications

• Experience working with youth or in youth-serving settings.
• Two-person married couple, both age 27+.
• High school diploma or GED; valid U.S. driver's license.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision and mentorship for students.
• Manage household routines and student schedules.
• Administer medications and monitor student wellness.
• Drive students to activities and engage in developmental/recreational events.
• Lead daily devotions and accompany Sunday Chapel services.
• Oversee budgeting and household reporting.
