Milton Hershey School seeks experienced couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents. You will reside in on-campus student homes, providing care, guidance, supervision, and support for roughly 8–13 students.

The role creates a family-like environment that supports academic, emotional, and social development. Upon hire, couples work a nine-days-on, three-days-off schedule, transitioning to a placed houseparent role.

Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Two-person role for couples married at least two years.
• Both spouses must be age 27 or older.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans.

Responsabilités

• Provide daily supervision and mentorship for assigned students and homes.
• Manage household routines and student schedules.
• Administer medications and monitor student wellness.
• Transport students to activities and participate in developmental/recreational activities.
• Lead daily devotions and accompany students to Sunday Chapel.
• Oversee budgeting and household reporting.
