The Exercise Coach – Winston-Salem is seeking a dependable, energetic team member to help clients become stronger, healthier, and more confident. No extensive personal training experience required; paid training and certifications are provided.

Flexible schedule and opportunities for growth are offered. Pay ranges from $18 to $22 per hour based on experience and certifications, with 30–35 hours per week and 1–2 Saturdays per month.

Qualifications

• Ability to follow established processes and use technology to manage schedules and client records.

Responsibilities

• Lead strength-training sessions for clients using our technology-driven approach.
• Assist with stretching, balance training, and mobility coaching.
• Build client relationships, motivate progress, and welcome new clients.
• Conduct initial consultations to explain programs and help choose memberships.
• Maintain accurate client records and support studio organization.
• Participate in ongoing training as the studio expands services.

The Exercise Coach – Winston-Salem is looking for a dependable, energetic, and caring individual to join our growing team!

No extensive personal training experience required! We provide paid training and certifications. We're looking for someone with great people skills, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn.

Pay: $18–$22/hour, based on experience and certifications

Schedule: Full-Time | 30–35 hours/week | 1–2 Saturdays/month

What You’ll Do

• Strength Coaching: Guide clients through personalized, technology-driven strength-training sessions.
• Assisted Stretching & Balance Training: Help clients improve mobility, flexibility, and stability through specialized, hands-on coaching after completing company-provided training.
• Client Relationships: Build connections, motivate clients, and celebrate their progress.
• New Client Consultations: Welcome prospective clients, explain our programs, and help them choose the right membership.
• Studio Operations: Maintain client records, assist with scheduling, and help keep our studio organized and welcoming.
• Continued Learning: Participate in ongoing training as we expand our services.

Fitness, wellness, or customer service experience is a plus, but not required. We value attitude, reliability, and people skills!

Pay, Schedule & Benefits

• $18–$22/hour, based on experience, certifications, and qualifications
• 30–35 hours/week, including rotating Saturdays (1–2/month)
• Guaranteed hourly pay for scheduled hours, including paid training
• Company-paid coaching, stretching, balance, and CPR/AED certifications
• Six paid holidays annually (subject to eligibility)
• Paid vacation beginning after one year, increasing with tenure

Rotating Saturday availability from 8:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m., approximately one to two days per month, is expected.

We will work with the right candidate to create a consistent schedule within our operating hours:

• Monday–Friday: 7:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m.
• Saturday: 8:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m.
• Sunday: Closed

Hours may increase as the studio continues to grow.

Compensation: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

We pride ourselves on the safety, effectiveness, and efficiency of The Exercise Coach® where coaches are an essential piece.
