The Exercise Coach is seeking a Personal Trainer in Missouri to deliver assisted stretching, coaching, and motivation, ensuring an effective training experience. The ideal candidate is passionate about fitness, communicates well, and helps clients improve their quality of life.

Combining coaching energy with movement expertise and sales confidence, you will help clients get stronger, move efficiently, and reduce pain while supporting studio programs and growth initiatives.

Qualifications

• Passion for health and fitness and energy when working with clients.
• Ability to work with people with energy and enthusiasm.
• Fundamental knowledge of exercise science and human biology.
• Previous training experience preferred but not required.
• Experience working with adults over 40.
• Computer skills and Windows proficiency.
• CPR/AED certification or willingness to obtain.

Role Overview

The Personal Trainer will work directly with clients to provide assisted stretching, coaching, motivation, and ensure an effective training experience. The ideal candidate is passionate about fitness, has excellent communication skills, and is committed to helping others improve their quality of life.

The ideal candidate combines the heart of a coach, the eye of a movement specialist, and the confidence of a sales professional. You enjoy helping clients become stronger, move more efficiently, reduce pain, and achieve lasting results.

• MUST BE ABLE TO WORK AFTERNOONS AND EVENINGS! We are looking for a candidate who can work Mon — Fri Noon to 8pm and occasional Saturday mornings.

Qualifications

• A Passion for Health & Fitness: This is where it all begins
• You must LOVE working with people! This is an exciting studio, and you must be able to show your clients energy and excitement while working with them
• A college degree in a health-related field is nice but not required. However, fundamental knowledge of exercise science and human biology is essential
• Previous training experience preferred but not required
• Experience working with adults over 40
• Must be able to work with computers and the Windows operating system
• CPR/AED certification (or willingness to obtain)

Compensation: $15.00 – $21.00 per hour
