Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Delivery Driver (Full Time) in Carroll, OH to deliver purchased merchandise to customers and provide a Legendary Customer Experience. You will operate and maintain delivery equipment, perform safety inspections, load and unload goods, and coordinate with store personnel to meet customer needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• DOT Medical Card required as applicable.
• Must be 23+ with at least 3 years of driving experience and meet MVR check requirements.

Responsibilities

• Deliver merchandise to customers within the assigned market.
• Maintain an organized, safe delivery vehicle and equipment.
• Load, unload, and organize products safely.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Maintain accurate delivery records and address customer concerns.
• Provide exceptional customer service and problem resolution.
• Partner with store personnel to satisfy customer needs.
• Follow traffic laws and company policies during deliveries.
