Job summary

Tractor Supply Company in Carroll, OH is hiring a full-time Delivery Driver (Final Mile). You will deliver merchandise to customers, maintain a safe vehicle, and provide Legendary Customer Experience by building trusted relationships and offering seasoned advice.

You will load/unload, perform safety checks, and coordinate with store personnel to meet customer needs while following company policies and DOT requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience: Previous truck delivery experience is a plus but not required.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• Professional Certifications: DOT Medical Card as required
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to load/unload and handle merchandise safely.
• Must be 23 years of age or older with 3+ years of driving experience.
• MVR check compliance is required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Ensure timely deliveries and meet scheduled delivery times.
• Operate and maintain a delivery vehicle and equipment.
• Load, unload, and organize products safely.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Communicate with customers and provide updates.
• Provide exceptional customer service during delivery.
• Collaborate with field sales and store personnel to meet customer needs.
• Handle returns, exchanges, or customer inquiries.
